See Fashion, collects data from a netwrok of sites to measure and
track customer missions. Our real-time tools give retailers and fashion
brands the power to personalise every web experinece based on browsers
behaviour across websites. We also use Big Data and Machine Learning to
track and forcast new fashion trends before they go macro. Never Miss A

What you will be doing:
We are looking for a lead developer to lead the development of our
trend-data forecasting platform. You will be working on our data
collection pipeline: collecting a variety of customer interactions with
products across retailers and channels. Working with frontend
developers, digital designers and data scientists, you will help us turn
this data into valuable insights for retailers and fashion brands.
Our engineers work in small product focused feature teams where
collaboration is key. We hire for good judgement and trust you to
contribute to discussions and be involved in the decisions that
determine what is being built and how. We want to build things simply
and quickly, so don’t want to over-engineer! You will have full
responsibility for your own work, and on a day to day basis this could
involve architecture, testing and code reviews as well as brainstorming
new features, fixing bugs and troubleshooting problems with the rest of
the team.
Tech Stack:
Our tech stack requires a strong understanding of JS event tracking,
NoSQL, and Scala. Python and would also be beneficial as would having
worked in real-time event tracking. Experience in systems like KAFKA or
Spark would also be beneficial as we are looking to explore these in
more detail. It’s a new project so we are open to ideas. Experience in
Snowplow or other enterprise analytics platforms is desirable. A good
understanding of security, privacy, and compliance is also helpful.
Ideally you will:
Have experience in cross domain cookie tracking and user profile enrichment.
Love making everything continuously deliverable
Have experience of build tools and continuous delivery.
Have experience of automated testing
Have experience of modern JavaScript frameworks
Be keen to focus on full stack development,
Have experience of working with JSON and RESTful APIs.
Have experience of cross browser and device development.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and empathy.
Self awareness and a desire to improve your skills
The ability to look at the bigger picture and remain focused
