Frontend Engineer en Paris

We believe shared cars are a better way to move around, offering more flexibility and more convenience. We are already the #1 car rental marketplace in Europe, and we believe the adoption will be 100 times larger in just a few years. We are present in several countries, have great mobile apps, and kick-ass hardware. And we’re just getting started.

You will join the engineering team (12 brilliant people!) and take on many challenges, such as:

• take ownership and be the software architect of our Bootstrap

• work closely with the designers to figure out the best way to turn their work into code

• help implement new product features on web and mobile apps' webviews

• work closely with other members of the engineering team to ensure quality and sustainability of our code

• add more reusable components, both on web and mobile

• hack together quick prototypes in a single afternoon to get feedback

• write automated tests to make sure everything works as expected

• care about performance and errors to make sure we provide the best experience to our users

We are looking for someone who loves building beautiful interfaces, but who also enjoy writing quality code and maintaining a solid code base. Drivy now has more than 1 million users, so you'll have a chance to get a lot of people using your work. It's a challenge to get it right, but also very rewarding!

• A solid internal Bootstrap to avoid redesigning forms every weeks

Skills and experience that we are looking for

• Shipped and maintained code in production
• Proficient in HTML/CSS
• Good experience with JavaScript. ES6 a plus
• Pragmatic, knows to understands limits of new technologies
• Sensible to SEO and accessibility best practices
• Great communication skills, works well within a team
• Fluent in English
