We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help
us to manage internal and external marketing efforts. As an Event
Marketing Coordinator you will be planning, producing and overseeing the
execution of marketing and communications plan activities including
social media, internal and external promotions, website / blog
maintenance, as well as organising the coordination of conferences,
company events and industry trade shows. You will be working within an
international marketplace with highly motivated and determined
coworkers.
The ideal candidate must have outstanding organisation skills, the
ability to coordinate ongoing activities within a team and exhibit
creative skills.

Your responsibilities
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Coordinating marketing campaigns to drive sales activities whilst promoting the TrafficStars brand
Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
Coordinate
events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and
organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and
assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Provide support in social media monitoring process as needed.
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of different requests.
Requirements
English native speaker
2 years of Marketing and Events experience
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Professional business presence and acumen.
Self starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker.
Commitment to customer service (internal and external).
Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills.
Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset.
Calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience in wordpress and website analytics tools is a plus
