Are you an experienced manager with a passion for
high quality, efficient, multiplatform code that can gather immense
amounts of data? Do you want to build software that helps DevOps teams
around the world detect and solve large scale challenges? If so, come
join our new team focused on building out installable Integrations for
our New Relic Infrastructure Agent. We'd love to talk to you about it.
As
manager of the On-host Integrations team, you will lead and grow a team
of engineers building cross-platform installable modules that extend
our New Relic Infrastructure Agent's monitoring capabilities. Our
software is installed on a wide variety of Operating Systems, Cloud
platforms, and bare-metal systems. You will have the challenging task of
balancing performance, security, and dynamic architectural
considerations all while maintaining focus on providing simple,
reliable, high quality tools for our customers. In this role, the
ability to collaborate and drive consensus among multiple
groups—including multiple time zones—is essential. Strong communication,
organization, and an ability to learn quickly will serve you well here!
At
New Relic, we take management seriously. Our managers regularly
collaborate to make New Relic a truly special place to build great
software. Working at New Relic, you'll have a rare opportunity to
challenge yourself and propel your ability to lead to the next level.
You'll also share your experiences with your peer managers as you
contribute back to our management community, helping make this an even
more fantastic software company that delights our customers.

communications are done in English. You must feel confident doing most
of your job in English.

- At least a couple of years in a management or lead role
The
most successful managers here act with drive and urgency, yet always
take the time to listen and to do the right thing. They constantly seek
new ways to explain, coach, teach, and bring out the best in others.
We offer:
- Competitive salary: 65,000 - 75,000 EUR
- Equity compensation plan.
- Performance reviews twice a year.

Does
this sound interesting, but you're not sure if you meet all the
qualifications? Apply anyway! The best person for the job won't
necessarily be the one with the most technical chops, but will be the
person who can best coach engineers and collaborate with multiple teams
to ship great software. We look forward to talking with you!
To
fast track your resume, tell us about your management philosophy in
your cover letter and give examples of your role in delivering software
with a team. And, of course, we want to hear why you might be
particularly interested in New Relic.

compatible with all New Relic products. This comes with a multitude of
opportunities for technical growth across different languages and
platforms.
