We
are seeking a Director of Inside Sales to inspire, lead, coach and
manage an Inside Sales team. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer,
individuals in this role should possess depth of knowledge in Enterprise
Software, demonstrated experience of leading a sales team, and a
passion for developing scalable strategies for growth and the people on
their team.
Responsibilities :
Generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the Field Sales Team through Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation
- Manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Business Development Representative (BDR) team
- Hiring new team members (100% growth of the team)
- Onboarding and coaching
- Developing sales skills
- Develop
Lead Generation strategies and campaigns in coordination with the
marketing department and Regional Sales VP, including field events and
online marketing campaigns.
- Work with marketing and AEs to put in place account based marketing strategies and develop effective outbound strategies
- Improve Sales Development process, lead qualification, lead nurturing
- Work with the Sales Operations team to improve the reports and tooling (currently working with Hubspot and Salesforce)
- Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
- Report monthly / quarterly / yearly on sales metrics and achievements
- Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Proven track record in building (hiring), training, and coaching sales teams of at least 5 people
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

- Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
- Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance

- Oversee usage of team systems including SalesForce and HubSpot
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns
- Work with Account Executives and marketing to generate new business pipeline
- Optimize
a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure for Sales
Development Representatives in order to minimize their ramp time
