organizational culture. We are currently entering our growth funding
rounds and are looking for someone with the following skills and
characteristics for the Digital Marketing Executive position.
We’re looking for a team member that can:
•Improve and execute upon our growth hacking strategy
•Define, plan and execute conversion rate optimization experiments
• Create quarterly reports and suggestions to improve marketing campaigns.
•Manage and optimize Drift, Intercom or similar chatbots
•Execute Email automation
•Identify customer needs and behavior and create an amazing shopping
experience in order to create loyalty and ultimately grow customer
lifetime value
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience as a growth hacker
• Data-driven, web metrics and digital analytics
• Experience working in a B2B company is a plus
• Google Data studio, task Manager and analytics.
