Description

We are looking for a Digital Brand Marketing Specialist, who will be tasked to define and implement the Digital Strategy of Pagantis in France. This role requires a strategic thinking, digital capabilities and a teamwork attitude.

The candidate needs to be a proactive, optimistic person, passionate about PR, Social and marketing landscapes, and able to independently organize his/her time all while being goal focus and with a keen interest for innovation and the Fintech sector.

Who we are

Pagantis, an established fintech founded in 2011, provides automated, friction-free consumer finance for e-commerce transactions in Europe.

The company has originated over €500 million in online consumer loans on its proprietary platform, which has been developed leveraging the company’s expertise in data science, technology, regulatory compliance, and finance.

The Pagantis point of sale consumer finance platform for ecommerce allows consumers to pay for goods and services in monthly installments with a fully automated, paperless process and provides e-commerce merchants with a simple onboarding process to offer consumer credit in conjunction with e-commerce purchases.

The Pagantis team consists today of over 130 professionals. The majority of the employees are technology and data science professionals, and the company has deep expertise in regulatory compliance and finance.

After closing one of the highest financing rounds in Spain, over €65 million from investors, the company wants to incorporate new talents to further position the company among the leading fintechs in Europe.

Main Tasks

  • Guide and support the development of the Brand strategy, being the preferred point of contact and coordinate with external agencies and cross functional teams:
    • Design, monitor, improve and manage the PR, Social Media and Marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and attract new customers (B2B);
    • Develop synergies and suggest processes to coordinate different parties and ensure an aligned approach between the cross functional teams and partner agencies;
    • Support the commercial team in setting relevant digital KPI’s to build actionable media plans, based on campaign objectives;
    • Help to monitor KPI’s to build actionable recommendations according to the media approach;
    • Understand digital analytics to convert learnings and insights into clear action plans.
  • Lead the strategic approach of the brand's website:
    • Act as the lead for updates of the current website layout, architecture and contents;
    • Monitor the roll out of the existing website.
  • Define the Social Media strategy, act as the main market referent for social media channels activation and gathering best practice.
  • Define and develop participation plans to trade fairs and events to strengthen Pagantis' visibility and awareness.

  • French native, English language proficiency, Spanish is a plus.
