Developer Full Stack - future CTO en Barcelona

Beam is a SaaS startup with a product aimed at providing the best tool for retail employees, in the form of a web and mobile application.
The product has been launched in Spain, live with big client, and we prepare the launch in the French market.

We are looking for a full-stack developer with experience as a senior developer, with willingness to evolve in the mid-term as a tech lead.
At ease with understanding customer and business problems and to pro-actively participate in building the product in an early-stage startup.

You are a full-stack developer, with experience building software products - Ideally SAAS.
The product has been developed with PHP Symphony3 and React, and ReactNative for the mobile app.
Experience drafting and managing development backlogs.
Deep understanding of lean methodologies and project management principles.
You will have to start looking for junior developers to complete the team.
You will be working closely with the CEO for Product Management and with a Data Scientist for ML integration in the platform
Proven interest in habit forming technology, user centered design and driving development through data and improved CX.
Must have interest in joining a project in the early phase with good traction, where you will have great impact in crafting the product and the company culture.
