We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Front Office Developer) to join our Short Term Liquidity team, which is part of our Treasury & Investments area. You'll directly support, improve, and automate critical processes used to manage investment decisions, the firm’s liquidity and risk. You will also enhance the sophistication of PnL and risk optimisation analytics.

What you’ll be doing
- Creating and owning ETL processes
- Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying
- Automating analytics including: PnL attribution, daily risk reporting, investment performance (short term investments)
- Undertaking behavioral liquidity and cash flow analysis
- Analysing ad-hoc performance enhancements
- Undertaking model based performance optimisation
What you'll need
- Previous experience in an analytical role supporting a markets-based business
- Experience at a major financial institution, asset manager, or liquidity provider, or within a Treasury or Risk department (FTP, ALM, Liquidity, IRRB, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong data manipulation and analysis capabilities in Python and SQL
- Evidence of strong mathematical and statistics knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
- School/University Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming
