Relationship Management (CRM) team is looking for a motivated young
talent to join them as Customer Success Intern!
The
internship will be for 6 months, be flexible around part time / full
time (salary will differ) and will require a signed internship agreement
from your University.

The position will require you to:
- Handle incoming customer feedback - positive or negative - through the different communication channels Hosco has.
- Provide product/services information and find the right solution for any issue our members might face.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Propose improvements to the different teams at Hosco from feedback gathered.
- Manage and review all new profiles requests on the platform.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take
the extra mile to engage Hosco members. There are no creative limits,
and we are open to try new approaches to make each member a Hosco lover.
- Participate in other related projects to support the CRM team.
