TalentNode is bringing transparency to the recruitment industry by leveraging machine learning & smart contracts.

The project has been accepted to the Draper Blockchain Pre-Accelerator this April in Silicon Valley.

Some of the early responsibilities of the CTO will include:
-Re-iterate the MVP
-Act as the product & technology lead
-Define the tech stack
-Hire software team (blockchain, product, data scientist, full-stack)
-Collaborate closely with product & blockchain managers for user testing and protocol development
-Collaborate with the CEO for commercial decisions

-Experience in product management
-A passion for solving age-old problems through new technologies
-Entrepreneurial spirit with previous experience at a startup
