Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for providing
strategic guidance of all technology and engineering-related decisions,
including product roadmap, to maximize the company's future growth and
profitability.
The right candidate will play a critical role in
taking action to convert new ideas into the final product with a
collaborative mindset as you lead the development team. You will also
lead a team of geographically dispersed engineers with a diversity of
skills. You will also recruit exceptional talent to scale geographically
dispersed engineering teams while being a champion for the greater
engineering organization.
Required qualifications:
Proven success as a complex technological environment with increasing responsibility in an engineering leadership capacity.
Proven success building and leading high performing technology teams.
Strong modeling, analytical and problem solving skills
Engineering background with previous hands-on development
