Mission and Proposal: 

IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its IT Department is looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible of the CRM platform and its satellites, reporting to the Business Intelligence Director.  

Our CRM (Salesforce) is widely used within our institution, not only for sales purposes but also the Alumni and other departments heavily use it. We are currently having +320 users.  

Additionally, we are moving to a Data Driven Organization where CRM is one of the key pieces.

 Main Responsabilities: 

  • Strategy:  
    • Define the long term vision regarding CRM and its satellites.
    • Define and execute (with the partner) the multiple projects related to CRM.
    • Interact (proactively) with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
    • Ensure platform meets needs and evolve it based on latest innovation.  
  •  Management:  
    • Management of Partners & Internal stakeholders .
    • Product Backlog prioritizing based on user feedback and risks identified.
    • Work together with maintenance Team for incidence resolution.
    • In charge of the management of data quality in the CRM platform and the team in charge of working on it.
    • Lead the project Team translating business needs to technical specifications.
  • Projects and Innovation: Cooperation with other representatives of the IT Division in projects to determine best alternative in technology and implementation options (cost, solution and planning).
  •  Reports directly to Business Intelligence Director.

Requirements

  • Technology degree or similar.
  • Certification in Salesforce Administrator (201), and others are a plus.
  • Experience in management of multidisciplinary IT teams event partners.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce CRM.
  • Excel & Analytical Skills. SQL is a plus.
  • Desirable ITIL and Agile certification, or at least proven knowledge.
  • Languages: English (C1) and Spanish.
  • Requires going to the office at least 4 days a week.
