rent units for 30 nights or more. With over 45,000 high-quality
apartments in 100 cities, Homelike offers one of the largest portfolios
of furnished apartments for business travellers in Europe and we are
expanding continuously into new countries.
Your responsibilities:
- You will ensure to open up the market in all relevant business
topics: Real Estate, Business Travelers, Marketing and Partnerships
- You are responsible for the expansion strategy of Homelike in the spanish market
- You shall build up your expansion team and lead it by the KPIs you and our founders defined beforehand
- You are always in between setting up the strategy and executing it to ensure the pace we need
The perfect candidate brings along:
- At least a couple of years experience in one of the top strategy
consultancies with expansion focus or you have even built up you own
startup with an expansion relevant business model
- Extremly strong analytical background in a combination of sales-driven personality and the hunger to open up a new market
- First experiences in leadership
- Willingness to be based in Barcelona and travel frequently to customers of the market and Cologne
- Absolutely fluent in English and Spanish; a big plus would be German ;-)
