Online apparel printing start up based in Barcelona is looking for a bold, driven, passionate and motivated entrepreneurial individual. We have invested a lot of time and resources to create a fast-growing, sustainable and scalable business with a modern management and organizational culture. We are currently entering our growth funding rounds and are looking for someone with the following skills and characteristics for the Operations Manager position with an opportunity to grow into the COO position:

• In charge of all sales processes and logistics operations for all business models (B2BUK and international B2B2C)
• Liaise with all suppliers and company partners;
• Promote best practices between sales, marketing, production and design teams to ensure business goals are achieved;
• Measure and optimize business performance across all models.
• Participating in the company’s decisions and helping grow our logistics and sales department across our different business models;
• Execute, monitor, analyze and report on all daily logistics, sales and design operations;
• Work in close collaboration with CEO, CMO, Production Manager, Chief Design Officer, and other departments.

The person needs to be:

• Bold enough to make decisions regarding sales and production;
• Brilliant finding opportunities for fast growth;
• Super organized and meticulous
• Curious about everything & anything, especially related to the business;
• Thrilled to join other awesomely talented team members;
• An energetic leader with great communication and organization skills;
• Proactive in identifying possible issues before they happen and turning the odds around;


The ideal profile is someone:

• Native English speaker (US or UK). Spanish a plus;
• With Bachelor’s Degree;
• Proactive, dynamic, vibrant, creative and attentive;
• With long term vision;
• Familiar with SalesForce platform or similar CRM is a plus;
• Communicative and comfortable with being a team player;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Operations, who is motivated to further develop their skills and capabilities.
• Less experienced - but energetic and extremely fast learners - young professionals will also be considered.
