Co-Founder/CTO, Backend Engineer en London

Looking for an exceptionally talented software engineer to join us in our mission to build the greatest cloud storage and private sharing environment for photos and videos. Ocustel’s IOS app is now in private beta and our new CTO will help us bring it to the wider public.

You will work with our current team and take complete charge of the backend. We have a clean, RESTful API with a well-written codebase. Our stack is modern and comprised of the following.

Backend:
- Python
- Django REST Framework
- PostgreSQL
- AWS

Frontend (IOS & Android):
- React Native
- Redux
- WatermelonDB (abstraction over SQLite)

Ideally, you should have prior experience with Python and/or Django but if you are willing to learn and adapt, we are willing to hear from you. Familiarity with React.js/React Native/JavaScript is a plus.

As we are pre-seed, you should expect to be compensated with equity at least until seed round or Series A.
