One of the main VC funds in Barcelona is looking for a co-founding
Chief Product Officer (CPO) for a new venture in the insurtech industry.
As a CPO you will be responsible for:
-Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition as well as the product roadmap.
-Analyse, prioritise and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.
-Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to
improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and
businesses.
Be data driven:
-Report weekly on all user KPIs
-Translate the product KPIs and user data into actionable insights
to better inform the evolution of the customer engagement and product
strategy
-Work closely with CTO, CEO and COO.
-Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis and data across the business.

-Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making
data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.
-Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional
teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms,
potentially to the Board of Directors.
-A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling
and developing high performing consumer facing digital products that
impact business.
-A broad skill-set including A/B testing; prototyping; user testing;
analytics; UX and UI; market research; competitor analysis; defining
metrics.
-Passion for the digital sector.
