JOB SUMMARY
As the Client Success Manager
(Native English) you will play an integral role for client engagement
and retention efforts. You will have end-to-end responsibility for
client onboarding and helping deliver value to clients through
education, best practices and other client relationship efforts. In
addition, you will be the point of contact for all questions and provide
world-class service to the largest and the smallest commercial real
estate companies in the U.S. (primarily) and other markets.
The ideal candidate will have the capacity to manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have
excellent interpersonal skil
REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker
- Proactive self-starter with a highly positive attitude and a track record of exceeding goals
- Minimum 3 years in similar client-facing role
- Experience in B2B SAAS preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (native English)
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive under pressure
