You'll:
-Understand churn drivers
-Reactivation and reduction of dormant customers
-Managing a large Italian customers portfolio
-Manage Existing Pipeline, upsales and retention of strategic customers
-Evangelize Packlink PRO and the Cloud Computing model.
-Analyze the new needs and requirements of existing clients.
-Engage customers via telephone and email.
-Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
This job is not for everyone. You must have:
-A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, customer success management
-Working experience with Salesforce
-Experience in customer relationship management
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge and experience in the online market.
-Native Italian with Spanish or/and English
-Top negotiation skills
-High capacity of analysis
