As a Business Analyst, you will be
part of the Data team led by a Chief Data Officer. The Data team gathers
all business analysts, data scientists, web analysts and data engineers
from the whole company.
Dedicated to the Customer Ops team, you will work hand in hand with our Customer Operations team
to perfectly understand our operations and data model and deliver best
in class analysis to support decision-making, performance management and
customer knowledge.
Main responsibilities:

in class analysis to support decision-making, performance management and
customer knowledge.
- Feed the Business:
- Build a comprehensive reporting machine to provide insights to Operations teams
- Identify reporting needs of different business teams
- Define reports specifications
- Validate indicators definition with all Data Stewarts if needed
- Work with Business Owner for the best shape of restitution
- Generate reliable reports to support perf monitoring and decision making
- Ensure the data reliability for the needed indicators
- Scale
- Implement BI reports and tools
- Systematic approach to automate all reporting activities
- Assist with ad hoc queries and provide analytical support to our fast growing business units
- Find the needle:
- Generate insights from large datasets to support decision making
- Identify key success indicators and define best practices for measurement and reporting
- Understand and illustrate team Performance
- Grow our customer knowledge (regarding the global data roadmap)
- Track and decrypt customer behaviors for both restaurants and users
Who you are:
- Business Savvy : Master’s Degree of a Business or Engineering School
- Knowledgeable:
2/3 years of experience in an analytical role (Ideal backgrounds
include: a similar business analyst role at a web company, a data-based
consulting role, or other data strategy type positions)
- Data lover: excellent Excel and SQL skills as a prerequisite (Tableau is a plus)
- Structured: Excellent analytical skills involving massive data analysis
- Insights oriented: Ability to work with large dataset and summarizing findings in a clear format
- Never stop learning
: Willing to learn new tools & skills: statistical techniques,
programming languages & tools (SAS, Python) & SQL, Knowledge of
Report Tool (Tableau)
- Proactive and accountable : Autonomy to deliver high in-depth and reliable analysis in a fast-paced environment
- International environment : English and Spanish fluent (French would be highly valued)
