Backend Engineer (Big Data) en Madrid

The Project and the team

The candidate will join the Software Development Team. This team is highly experienced in developing high standard WiFi products for telco business.

The Role

The candidate will work on the development of the products of our portfolio, under the latest working methodologies, frameworks and technologies. As a member of the Software Development team you will be part of an agile self-managed team where development joins efforts with colleagues from other units such as Product Management, Architecture, UX and DevOps.

Basic qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Back-End development
• You have a strong Analytical mindset
• Java 7 or higher/ Spring
• Maven or Gradle
• Git
• Continuous Integration
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of REST API fundamentals, including API design experience

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with Big Data Frameworks
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Experience with building stream-processing systems
• Experience in Agile Methodologies
• Teamwork and communication are among your natural skills
