Backend Engineer en Barcelona

Qustodio is an internet safety startup based in the center of Barcelona.

We are seeking a talented PHP Engineer to be apart of our international Front-end Team. You will maintain current systems, manage servers, and build new projects.

What You’ll Do

You're going to be involved in one of the biggest projects we have!

We are looking for someone who can take ownership on one of our most important portals, our Family Portal.

You will be responsible for the development of the company's main platform. You will participate in the process of architecture, development, growth and decision-making, always within an environment of good practices.

What you bring to the table

• Solid experience with PHP programming experience with server-side web application development.

• Solid experience with PHP5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript 

• Strong SQL experience developing and optimizing queries and storage procedures. 

• Practical understanding of design and implementation of OOP applications. 

• Experience with teamwork tools (code revision system, bug trackers, etc...). 


Desired

• Experience in Linux Operating Systems. 

• Experience in Agile teams. 

• Experience in developing across multiple browsers and platforms to ensure conformance to requirements. 

• Experience in quality assurance techniques (Unit / integration testing, Continuous integration, etc.) is a plus
