Shopery is a technology company that helps brands, ventures
and retailers sell online by providing them SaaS (Software as a Service)
e-commerce and marketplace solutions. Born by the hand of Antai,
creators of Wallapop, Glovo, Mascoteros, Cornerjob and Carnovo among
others, we have received an encouraging reception in the SaaS e-commerce
industry since our launch, being selected among the 20 startups to
watch in Barcelona in 2019, as well as the Top 100 in Spain in 2019
We are an experienced technical team,
proud to use DDD as our approach to write easy understandable and SOLID projects. We
use PHP as a modern object oriented programing language thanks to the
features included on PHP7 and Symfony at its last version as our
framework. Our technology stack also includes MySQL, Elasticsearch,
Redis, RabbitMQ and Docker.
We are looking for talented backend developers to join us in this
growth phase in which we have to face new projects and challenges. If
you have some experience working with PHP, any web framework knowledge
and will to improve you have all you need to grow with us.
As a Backend developer you will report to the CTO and you’ll be responsible of:
- Design and build object oriented and SOLID server-side applications
- Implement application domain using DDD methodologies
- Build testable and reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection initiatives
- Integrate with third party libraries and API's
- Analyze, estimate and define application features
- Review team development work
- Research on new technologies and methodologies
