Android Senior Developer en Madrid

GeoDB is building the first Big Data Ecosystem powered by blockchain technologies that will return value to all of us, the users. With a team of ten people already and a clear path to become one of the most relevant blockchain protocols in the near future, we now want to add a talented pool of new team members to achieve all of our goals. Therefore, GeoDB is looking for a full-time Senior Android Developer to develop different Android native applications integrated with our protocol.

Tasks

• Development of GeoCash App for Android.
• Development of native GeoDB Android library.
• Development of secondary android apps to show GeoDB integrations.

Requirements

Mandatory

1.- 3 or more years experience developing with the Android SDK

2.- Experience with Android Studio

3.- Experience with custom layouts

4.- Able to adapt third party and custom made APIs

5.- GIT knowledge

6.- Agile methodologies

7.- MVC paradigm (Model View Controller)

8.- Experience with Android Wear would be desirable

9.- Experience with testing frameworks

10.- High level of english

Desirable

• Knowledge of cryptography techniques.
• Experience with Git.
• Able to develop customized libraries following a specification.

Valuable

• DLT knowledge (Ethereum/IOTA/HyperLedger Fabric/Corda)
• Experience with DLT libraries.
• Knowledge of geolocation systems.

The role is based in Madrid with lovely offices close to Bernabeu. Flexible schedules and a clear strategic bet for teleworking.
