To support our team we are searching for a Analyst Marketing Intelligence (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze customer journey behavior and generate findings into online marketing campaigns
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights
- Development and implementation of marketing attribution / allocation models across all media channels such as SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Performance Display
- Partner with the data engineering and MarTech teams to improve data pipelines and ensure seamless integration of new data sources
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
- Continuous optimization, monitoring, and quality checkups of already existing processes & daily business
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, economics/business administration, or another relevant field; understanding of (online) marketing is a bonus
- At least 4 years work experience within an analytical role (such as BI, web analytics or CRM) ideally within an e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large datasets
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Excel, ETL)
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Understanding of business drivers with a strong analytical mindset and affinity to numbers
- Initial experience with performance marketing channels, ad-tech and web-tracking
- Result driven and high standards in quality and precision
- You are a passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiative
- Fluent in Business English
