We do that by running super-awesome Amazon Ads campaigns and ensuring their products & brand message are expertly showcased on the platform. Our clients sell across the UK, EU & US marketplaces.
We’re currently a team of 7 from a range of international backgrounds & cultures. Now we’re looking for an energetic person to join our Amazon Ads team.

What you'll be doing...
In your first 3 months, you’ll be training up on everything about Amazon Ads and how we run and manage campaigns for our clients.
You’ll be learning how to set up, manage and optimise Amazon Ad campaigns like a pro. You’ll be using software & spreadsheets to create and run reports, adjust bids and budgets, improve our processes, whilst all the time thinking creatively about how maximise ROI for our clients.
Once you’re fully trained, you'll take ownership of the Ads strategy & management on some of our clients’ ad accounts and it’ll be your responsibility to execute and deliver superstar results for them.
You’ll be thrown in the deep end, and expected to upskill on everything Amazon Ads & digital marketing quickly. You’ll have the help & support from the whole Unicorn team - we’re a fast-growing startup team, so you’ll get stuck into learning all areas of the business.
We’re thinking long term too. When you’ve wowed us with your drive, ambition & get-stuck-in attitude, this position will transition into an amazing long-term role in the Ads team as we continue to expand.
This is for you if:
- You’re analytical, a logical thinker who loves a good spreadsheet
- You are data-driven, process-driven and love the challenge of problem-solving
- You’re curious about Amazon & digital marketing: you’ve learned about concepts such as CTR, CPA, ROAS etc, or have experimented with the Google Ads, Facebook or Amazon Ads platform [Note: we’re not expecting you to be an expert already, we simply want to work with inquisitive people who can demonstrate they have the drive to excel at digital marketing & eCommerce]
- You’re great at taking ideas & putting them into practice, making sure they’re executed brilliantly
- You’re a team player who’s positive, enthusiastic & fun to be around
- You have an obsessive desire to learn. You actively seek knowledge from books, courses, blogs, podcasts & mentors to get better at your role

A few requirements & things you don’t need:
- Age & experience don’t matter – we’re more interested in qualities: humble, hungry, smart & driven.
- Fluency in English - we work & communicate with our clients in English. Fluency in other European languages is a plus!
- Ability to live & work in Barcelona
- Ready to start ASAP
