About the project
We are embarking on an ambitious journey to help a leading Customer Experience (CX) global company. This project centers on the design and deployment of state-of-the-art AI solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, intelligent document processing, among others. Leveraging advancements in Large Language models like GPT, Anthropic, PaLM and other open-source models like LLaMA, this initiative stands at the vanguard of revolutionizing how our client interacts with their customers.
About you
As an AI Project Manager specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), you excel in leading complex projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient resource use and timely delivery. Your strong risk management skills, combined with an extensive understanding of AI, allow you to proactively address challenges and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Your expertise makes you an invaluable leader for ambitious AI projects, particularly those integrating LLM solutions.
About your day-to-day:
- Define clear and achievable objectives, ensuring that the project's scope aligns with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain open communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed about project status, changes, and other critical issues.
- Lead Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team adheres to Agile best practices.
- Determine required resources for the project, allocate tasks, and ensure that they are utilized efficiently.
- Create and maintain a detailed project schedule. Ensure project deliverables are met on time, and adjust the schedule as needed based on project evolution.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks. Develop strategies and action plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Regularly update all relevant parties on project status, risks, and changes.
- Oversee the project budget, ensuring that the project remains within allocated financial resources and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the quality standards.
- Ensure that all project-related documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Handle any requested changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring that all changes are documented and approved by stakeholders.
- Analyze project outcomes and feedback to recommend and implement process improvements for future projects.
- Encourage team members to stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices. Facilitate training sessions when necessary.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team or with stakeholders in a constructive and timely manner.
- Regularly review the performance of the project and team, ensuring that objectives are met and stakeholders' expectations are fulfilled.

Key qualifications and skills
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years of experience of product management or engineering management for tech projects, leading cross-functional teams through the E2E product development cycle.
- Demonstrable experience planning, tracking and delivering projects on time. Resource management, project monitoring.
- Strong technical background for comprehensive understanding of the project's technical aspects.
- Proficient user of project management tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage large amounts of data and metrics to drive actions.
- Experience in client management and vision to diagnose future opportunities with partners.
- Ability to think outside of the box and strong problem solving to tackle and discuss highly technical concepts.
- Superb communication skills.
- MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Project & Business Management or related fields.
