The Ad Operations Lead is part of
the Sales Operations team and will be responsible for the AdOps area.
Working in conjunction with Pricing and Yield, Sales and Business
Development, the Ad Operations Lead will also be responsible for
building the programmatic offering and supporting and advising the sales
division in rolling out programmatic direct.
Key responsibilities
Lead AdOps area and manage the relationship with our external Ad Ops agency.
As AdOps
lead, in conjunction with the Sales and Yield areas, build the value
proposition and relevant products to implement a strong direct
programmatic offering.
Responsible
for the bridge between Sales and Sales Operations, building new
offerings, improving processes, and leading projects from the operations
side.
Analyzing and technical troubleshooting when any delivery or campaign issue arise.
Resolves
critical internal operational issues and escalations for accelerated
resolution, reducing financial exposure, and implementing preventive
measures.
Team up with the Yield and Sales Ops team to identify optimizations and opportunities.
Reviewing
and evaluating sites configuration in terms of integration with the Ad
Server and other third-party solutions, and making proactive measures
and recommendations to optimize and continuously improve such
integration.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will have between 3-5 years of digital marketing and operating experience.
More than 4-5 years of experience on Doubleclick for Publishers.
Experience on leading projects
Experience on set up with different SSPs and header bidding connections.
Experience with analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and different ad technologies.
Proven experience developing programmatic direct campaigns.
Knowledge of programming language as CSS, HTML, and Native Ad Layout)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively with a high level of accuracy.
Effective problem solving and analytical skills and paying attention to details.
Work within a fast-paced and results-driven ecosystem.
