Reporting directly to the CEO, Head of Business is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing all those activities needed to meet all predetermined revenue targets established by the company, designing the strategy to reach them.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute revenue & commercial strategy of the organization with the aim to succeed delivering Wishbuuk revenues.
Focus & manage all involved commercial teams, being marketing, business development, customer support, revenue management & analytics, to make sure all team leaders understand objectives and strategy to acquire higher quality customers at the lower cost, maximize life-time of these users and optimize monetization.
Make sure, the RAI team (Revenue, analysis & information) delivers high quality information inputs to all the organization to let each manager work and make decisions on a data-driven company.
Customer guardians. Represent and catalyze the customer voice across all the management to make sure Wishbuuk understands the customer implications on each action taken.
Plan and execute commercial partnerships strategy leading the business development team to set up agreements with key valuable partners that generate extra traffic & revenue volume and potential strategic future opportunities.
Drive the Business organizational unit to work together with the product of Org units for optimum customer experience delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience

Soft skills requirements:

Analytical & revenue management skills (Data driven mind)
Strong Leadership skills; Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse employees.
Result oriented (hands-on)
Team player
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Additional European language an advantage.
Lots of experience background in marketing online
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills are required.

Technical skills requirements:

Senior executive experience in sales (+ 10 years), with outstanding track record. (Outstanding sales management skill sets are pre-requisite).
Executive maturity and experience to manage and broker complex internal business discussions.
Outstanding organizational awareness.
Experienced at managing diverse and distant teams in a matrix reporting environment.
Ability to establish and manage & own P&Ls for international markets
Others: Knowledge in SEO, SEM, PPC, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPD, CRM, Email marketing, Web analytics, Revenue management, Pricing, Public presentations, business strategy, online strategy and social media

Education Level/ Experience required (years):

Bachelor degree + Master in Business intelligence + MBA
